How to get help
Email Do@beautays.online with a short description of the issue. If it's about a specific mission or a charge, include your account email and (for billing questions) the approximate date and amount so we can find it quickly.
Manage or cancel your subscription
You can view your plan, renewal date, switch tiers/billing period, or cancel anytime:
- In the app, go to Profile → Subscription.
- Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the current paid period.
Billing questions
Payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe in Canadian dollars (CAD). For refund or billing concerns, email us and we'll review promptly. See our Terms of Service for the cancellation and refund policy.
